This disclaimer is not intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions.

1. AIQorex AI Services — Nature and Limitations

AIQorex builds, sells, and operates AI-powered products and services. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Pre-built AI agents and workflows available on the AIQorex Marketplace
  • AIQorex Business OS (a local AI operating system for MacBook)
  • Maintenance SaaS plans that may include AI-powered features
  • AI Consulting engagements that produce AI-assisted deliverables

AI-powered tools and outputs have inherent limitations that all users must understand and accept.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated outputs, recommendations, analyses, and content provided through AIQorex services:

  • May contain factual errors, omissions, or outdated information
  • May not reflect the most current developments in any field
  • May produce plausible-sounding but incorrect responses (commonly called "hallucinations")
  • May generate outputs that appear coherent but are inappropriate, biased, or irrelevant

AIQorex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. The responsibility for verifying AI outputs before use lies entirely with you.

3. Not Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs from AIQorex services do not constitute professional advice of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:

AIQorex does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or performance improvement from the use of its products or services. Specifically:

  • No guarantee of business results: AIQorex does not guarantee that using its AI products or services will increase revenue, reduce costs, improve efficiency, or produce any specific business outcome.
  • No guarantee of problem resolution: AIQorex does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will resolve any specific technical, operational, or strategic problem.
  • No guarantee of compatibility: AIQorex does not guarantee that its products will be compatible with your existing systems, software, infrastructure, or workflows.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service: AIQorex does not guarantee that AI services will be available at all times, without interruption, or free from errors.
  • No guarantee of regulatory compliance: AI-generated outputs may not satisfy the regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements of your jurisdiction or industry. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AIQorex products complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Suitability Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are designed for general informational and operational purposes. They are not tailored to your specific:

  • Legal jurisdiction or regulatory obligations
  • Technical infrastructure or integration requirements

6. AIQorex Business OS — Specific Disclaimers

AIQorex Business OS is a local-first AI operating system that processes data locally on your MacBook and communicates with OpenClaw (a local AI gateway) for LLM inference. Additional disclaimers for Business OS users:

  1. Local Processing: AIQorex does not control the AI models or LLM providers accessible through OpenClaw. The quality, accuracy, and behaviour of AI outputs are determined by the models you configure within OpenClaw. AIQorex is not responsible for outputs generated by third-party models accessible through OpenClaw.

  2. Data Locality: While AIQorex Business OS is designed to keep data on your local machine, AIQorex cannot guarantee that data will never leave your local environment. Users are responsible for securing their own network, device, and OpenClaw configuration.

  3. Third-Party Integrations: Business OS integrations with third-party services (email providers, calendars, databases, APIs) may change, break, or behave unexpectedly. AIQorex does not guarantee the continued functionality of third-party integrations.

  4. Model Changes: AI model providers may update, deprecate, or change their models without notice. AIQorex does not guarantee that Business OS will remain compatible with any specific AI model or provider.

7. Marketplace Products — Specific Disclaimers

Pre-built AI agents, workflows, and automation products sold through the AIQorex Marketplace:

  1. As-Is Delivery: Marketplace products are delivered as-is. AIQorex does not guarantee that a pre-built product will function correctly in your specific technical environment without modification.

  2. Customisation Required: Most Marketplace products require some level of customisation, configuration, or adaptation to work within your specific workflows, systems, and business context. This is your responsibility.

  3. Version Updates: AIQorex may update Marketplace products without prior notice. Updates may change functionality, appearance, or compatibility. Unless a major version change is involved, AIQorex does not guarantee backward compatibility.

  4. Installation Support: Installation support (offered as an add-on) does not include full environment customisation, integration with proprietary systems, or ongoing maintenance of your specific setup.

8. AI Consulting — Specific Disclaimers

AI Consulting engagements (strategy reports, custom AI agent development, AI readiness assessments):

  1. Deliverables Based on Available Information: Consulting deliverables are based on information provided by you and publicly available data. AIQorex does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information relied upon.

  2. Market Conditions: Recommendations that involve market positioning, competitive analysis, or technology selection are subject to changes in market conditions that may occur after delivery.

  3. Implementation Risk: AI Consulting deliverables do not guarantee that recommended strategies, architectures, or implementations will produce the intended results. Implementation involves risks that are outside AIQorex's control.

  4. Third-Party AI Systems: Consulting engagements that involve integration with third-party AI systems (LLM providers, AI platforms, automation tools) are subject to the capabilities, limitations, and availability of those third-party systems.

9. Human Oversight Requirement

By using any AIQorex product or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI-generated outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human before use in any context where errors could cause harm, financial loss, legal exposure, or reputational damage.
  2. You will not rely exclusively on AI-generated outputs for consequential decisions without independent human validation.
  3. You accept full responsibility for any consequence arising from your use, or your failure to review, AI-generated outputs.
  4. AI outputs should be treated as a starting point, suggestion, or draft — not as finished, authoritative, or error-free content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIQorex, its founder (Shivam Dixit), employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or cost of substitute services, arising from or relating to:

  • Your reliance on any AI-generated output
  • Your inability to use any AIQorex product or service
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
  • Decisions made or actions taken by you or third parties based on AI-generated outputs
  • Security breaches, data loss, or system failures arising from your use of AIQorex products
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of AIQorex services

The aggregate liability of AIQorex in connection with any claim arising from the use of its products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AIQorex in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by AIQorex's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIQorex and its personnel from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of AIQorex products or services
  • Your reliance on AI-generated outputs without appropriate human review
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights in connection with your use of AIQorex products
  • Any consequential decision or action you take based solely on AI-generated content without independent validation

12. Changes to AI Technology

AI technology evolves rapidly. AIQorex may:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice
  • Change the AI models, providers, or approaches underlying its products
  • Update its product features, capabilities, and limitations

AIQorex does not guarantee that its products will remain current with the latest AI developments. You are responsible for staying informed about the capabilities and limitations of the AI tools you use.

13. Your Responsibility

By using AIQorex products and services, you confirm that you:

  1. Understand the limitations of AI-generated content
  2. Accept responsibility for evaluating, validating, and applying AI outputs
  3. Will not use AI-generated content for consequential decisions without appropriate human oversight
  4. Acknowledge that AI is a tool that augments human decision-making — it does not replace it
  5. Accept all risks associated with the use of AI-powered tools in your specific context
