Due to the nature of digital products, all sales from the AIQorex Marketplace are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased product, contact us within 14 days for a resolution or refund.
Consulting engagements may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed.
Payments made through custom payment links are subject to the terms agreed upon in the associated project proposal. Refund terms will be specified in the project agreement.
To request a refund, email shivam@aiqorex.com with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
