Nature of the business

AIQorex is an Indian sole proprietorship that operates an AI marketplace, maintenance SaaS, and AI consulting practice. Services are delivered remotely to clients in India, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. AIQorex has no branch office, subsidiary, or establishment outside India.

Governing law

Agreements with AIQorex are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Full terms are set out in the Terms of Service.

Data protection

Where AIQorex processes personal data of data subjects located in the EU, UK, or California, it does so in compliance with the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively, on the basis of their extra-territorial scope.
