When you set ChiefQorex up, you choose what you need first, and it opens with a matching first task and three starter cards:

How it works

1. Tell it what you need. Ask a question, open a guide or import a file. ChiefQorex asks for any missing inputs before it starts.
2. It works on your machine. ChiefQorex draws on your local knowledge base and the relevant skill, and runs visible web research when you ask for current information. The AI provider you connect under your own account processes the model requests.
3. You review and decide. The result lands in the conversation and the Today panel, which holds Decided, Doing and Parked work, commitments, decisions and weekly reviews. The Work Log records every action.

Why it is different

• Local working record. Conversations, panel data, source files and produced files remain on your machine in the app's data folder or the workspace folder you choose. External AI requests and any web or connected-service calls are visible parts of the workflow.
• Your choice of provider. Connect a supported AI account or API key yourself. Provider charges or subscription terms are separate from the one-time AIQorex purchase.
• Reviewable work. Decided, Doing and Parked work, commitments, decisions and weekly reviews give you a way to check the output and continue it after a session ends.
• Managed setup and lasting access. AIQorex engineers configure the install with you. The purchase is one-time in EUR with lifetime access, and updates are included in the licence. Updates run when you choose; the app does not check for them automatically.
